The Network Advertising Initiative, the leading US self-regulatory
organization for companies in the online advertising marketplace, has
announced the 2008 update of its Self-Regulatory Code of Conduct, a set
of binding Principles that has governed members since 2001. Consistent
with AOL's commitment to transparency and consumer education,
Advertising.com and TACODA as well as other members of the NAI have
worked closely over the last year to revise these principles .

The NAI policies require that each member state how long they retain information gathered about consumers, but I was not able to find that in your privacy policy. Did I miss it? What is your policy?
Thanks!

Aside from the statement in the Tacoda privacy policy, “After the ad or ads have been served, only aggregate segment level data is retained by Tacoda,” we are aware of a need for more disclosure, and the NAI has pointed it out as well. With the re-organization of the diverse companies of Platform-A, we have been developing a new disclosure, in consultation with the NAI.
